Our factory is focusing to continuously improve processes and products with empowered teams and individuals. Thanks to the well established management systems and standards, such as cGMP, Responsible Care, ISO 14000 (as first in corporate HMR), OHSAS 18001, TSE 22000 Product Safety (HACCP Risk Analysis), (both sectoral firsts in Turkey),
TSE 27001 Information Security, TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 Laboratory Certificate (Standard for Test and Calibration Laboratory) a self-assessment process was already in place. This self-assessment is in itself a dynamic and ongoing process leading to the regular systematic review of our organization's activities. We plan to improve economic performance, ensure the quality of management information, safeguard assets, resources and customer intellectual property while maintaining optimum relations with business partners. With various performance indicators such as period of training, internal and external complains, audit achievement rate, percentage of process validation, excellent product quality and employee qualification can all be achieved.
Besides, the electronic documentation systems regarding standard operation procedures, training, analysis reporting system have been used and in addition to this, it has been planned to transfer the electronic documentation system in 6 different areas concerning quality by the end of 2009. By this way, the correspondences both with interoffice and customer firms as well as approval process shall be rapidly performed and the effective tracking shall be provided. In 2010, it has been planned to initiate the electronic charge documentation activities.
