In the line with our main philosophy of "Human first"; our target is to be a company which
• will provide a safe and reputable working environment where work ethics are treated with care,
• has performances assessed by mutual and transparent interviews,
• has satisfied employees who are proud of themselves, taking charge with speech-act conformity and transparency. The sense of communication is based on a secure environment, sensitivity to information security and greatness in a success-oriented atmosphere. Here effective and rapid results can be reached and shared by all associates in a common organizational culture.
Following the motto
"the largest investment to future is the investment to education and children", academic seminars are held by our managers to increase awareness and improve industry-university cooperation. As a concrete contribution to education, a primary school in the country’s earthquake region Düzce is supported by the fund established with the utilization of recyclable waste collected in our plant. This project won the Prof. Curi award, honoring the late Prof. Kriton Curi, a world renown researcher, educator and environmentalist.
PharmaVision has led the efforts to establish the Turkey Affiliate of ISPE (International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering) which is recognized as the paramount non-profit, professional association in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Our company continues to allocate considerable amount of its own resources for the Affiliate’s activities. Regular ISPE Training Seminars with renown international speakers have already become a benchmark in the Turkish Pharmaceutical Industry. As a result of its successful activities, ISPE Turkey Affiliate has been awarded with the prize of “Affiliate of the Year” owing to its performance in the fields of “Innovation, Rapid Improvement and Contribution to ISPE’ s goal” in the Society’ s Annual meeting held in Las Vegas in USA, November 2007.
To train the much needed professional “Pharmaceutical Engineer”, a curriculum was established together with Istanbul University’s Pharmacy Faculty with the assistance of our ISPE Turkey member companies led by PharmaVision. The course has already completed two successful years. Based on this implementation, Faculty of Pharmacy in Istanbul University has become one of five training campuses along with the Leeds, Lugano, Parma and Strasbourg Universities in the subject of “Sustainable Pharmaceutical Operations and Engineering, SPOE" the first common Pharmaceutical Engineering masters degree program in Europe.
As an additional activity, and within the scope of a protocol with the Ministry of Education, the training for “Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician” has been initiated for the first time in Kadırga Vocational High School in Turkey as of the academic year of 2008-2009. Besides the theoretical aspects, a process laboratory is established here to promote practical aspects of this education.
