Located on a 50.000 m² campus, PharmaVision aspires to become a preferred partner in contract manufacturing to the Pharmaceutical Industry. The Company's vision is in complete toll manufacturing partnership without any own licensing. Maintaining and continuously improving its high Good Manufacturing Practice standards is attained by adhering to strict, effective and updated Standard Operating Procedures as well as Quality Standards, by continuously investing in our facilities and equipment and by recruiting, properly training and retaining qualified work force. In line with the current trends governing our pharmaceutical industry, the manufacturing of cephalosporins (oral and sterile powder) and oral penicillin products are carried out in completely separated and dedicated facilities.

Top priority is given to reliable verification studies, including process, analytical method, cleaning and computerized manufacturing systems validations. Through a functional change control system, it is ascertained that these validations remain intact throughout the lifecycle of the products manufactured in Topkapi.

This commitment to quality is proven by consistently successful audits conducted by the Turkish Ministry of Health, PIC (Pharmaceutical Inspection Convention) and the audit divisions of several leading multinationals, for whom we manufacture in toll. An indication of the quality level of the site is its high export volumes. Topkapi’s products are exported to several markets in Europe and Asia.

In addition to its quality achievements, the Site boosts other accomplishments as well. PharmaVision has a long history of obtaining various awards in the areas of environment, occupational health, technical safety and social responsibility. Becoming the proud owner of the first corporate ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certificates in Pharmaceutical Industry, recognitions have continued with sectoral firsts in obtaining the SA 8000 certificate in Turkey. Furthermore, certificates in TSE 22000 (Product Security), 27001 (Information Security) and 17025 (Laboratory measurements) have followed.
